| On October 20, 2008, Goody’s Family Clothing, Inc. successfully ended its Chapter 11 case and officially emerged from bankruptcy. Throughout this process, Goody’s has streamlined and improved operations and reduced costs. As a result, we are now a stronger, more competitive company better positioned for the future.
