Can I write a check for my purchase?
Goody's will be happy to accept your personal imprinted check,imprinted with your name and address, made payable to Goody's for the amount of your purchase. For your protection, the following information will be requested from you at the time of checkout: 1.Valid driver's license or state-issued I.D. 2.Home and work telephone number. The maximum service charge allowed by law will be applied on all returned checks. We reserve the right to present
returned checks electronically, along with the returned check fee, to your bank.
How do I take care of a returned check?
Our returned checks are handled by Certegy Payment Recovery Systems. You can contact them at 1-800-873-5869.
Can I pay for my purchase with my credit card?
Certainly. Goody's welcomes the following credit cards as payment for your purchase: Goody's credit card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
*Your card may only be used by the authorized cardholder (person listed on the front of the card)
Do you accept Goody's credit card account payments at your store locations?
All Goody's locations accept Goody's credit card account payments.

Yes indeed. Simply inform our Associates of the amount you wish to purchase. What a great way to shop!

Can you help me find a specific product?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to handle requests for particular products. However, please free to ask an Associate or member of management at your local Goody's to do a search for the item. He or she will be happy to assist you in any way that they can.
How can I be a model for Goody's?
For print advertising, Goody's works primarily with models who are represented by agencies out of New York City. These agencies include--but are not limited to--Ford, Wilhelmina and Major Models. If you are interested in being represented by one of these firms, please contact them directly.

What if my purchase goes on sale after I bought it?
If you purchased an item that is now on sale, we will gladly make a price adjustment to the current sale price. Simply present the original sales receipt at a Goody's retail store within 7 days from the date you made your purchase. We regret that we cannot offer price adjustments via phone or mail.
*Layaway purchases may be adjusted within 7 days of initial deposit
Can I get a refund for something I recently purchased if I have the original sales receipt?
Sure. If you're not satisfied with your Goody's purchase, just return it with the original sales receipt. We will be glad to offer you an exchange or a refund matching the method of payment indicated on your receipt within 90 days. We simply ask that the merchandise be in like-new condition.

**Cash refunds on check purchases require a waiting period of 10 business days
What if I don't have a receipt?
If you don't have a receipt, simply return the merchandise within 90 days. We will be glad to offer you an exchange or in-store credit for the item's lowest selling price.
